Brief:
People see Insurance as one of the most boring and painful subjects to deal with, with customers feeling frustrated by long phone calls and missed call-backs. But here’s the thing – evidence shows that customer service is critical in the insurance industry.
Concept Development:
We were tasked with the challenge of creating a visual identity for Landmark Insurance that would communicate their unique values to their customers and the world at large. And let me tell you, this was no small feat. We knew that to truly set Landmark Insurance apart from their competitors, we needed to understand what made them special. That’s why we kicked things off with a brand strategy workshop, where we dove deep into the heart of the Landmark Insurance brand. Through our workshops, we were able to uncover the core values that make Landmark Insurance stand out – their commitment to quality, their focus on customer satisfaction, and their expertise in finding the right policies for each unique business they serve. Armed with this knowledge, we set to work creating a visual identity that truly captured the essence of the Landmark Insurance brand.
The new visual identity we created communicates the values that make Landmark Insurance so special, and has helped them build a strong and recognizable brand in their industry.
