1. Sales Presentation (Pitch Deck) for a Laser Technology Product

Objective

A large B2B company specializing in laser technologies approached us to create a pitch deck for one of their product departments. The goal was to equip their sales team with a professional, tech-forward, and visually clear presentation for client calls. It needed to be both editable internally and effective during high-stakes sales conversations.

Challenges with the Original Materials

The existing deck was cluttered with raw hyperlinks and poor navigation.
Sales reps were often lost during presentations due to inconsistent slide logic.
Visually, the deck lacked cohesion and didn’t reflect the company’s high-tech positioning.

What We Did

Designed in Figma, then migrated to PowerPoint to ensure the client team could easily make edits and present it themselves.
Built a clear, linear narrative structure — allowing salespeople to flow naturally through the slides without jumping between topics.
Advised heavily on pitch structure — providing recommendations to enhance logic and usability during calls.
Created a minimalist, tech-inspired visual style:
We developed a custom design language that extended the existing branding (based on their logo and basic color preferences).
Ensured the style resonated with the broader brand without directly copying existing assets.
Integrated video modules showing product technology in action.
Improved content readability by breaking down dense text blocks and applying a visual hierarchy for better flow.

Outcome

The resulting pitch deck became a powerful, user-friendly tool for the sales team. It resolved past issues with navigation and clarity, and reflected the company's technological sophistication. Most importantly, it was easy for the internal team to update and deploy for future sales conversations.

2. Print Materials for Conferences & Industry Publications

Objective

In addition to the digital deck, the client needed high-quality printed assets for offline brand presence:
Large-scale banners for trade shows and industry conferences.
Print ads for leading medical and tech-focused journals.

What We Did

Designed vertical and horizontal banners for booth setups:
Adapted the presentation’s design style to large-format print, maintaining consistency and visual impact.
Optimized layout and visual flow to suit exhibition settings and physical viewing distance.
Created custom print ads for magazines:
Followed strict publisher specifications while enhancing readability and clarity.
Refined messaging and adjusted visual hierarchy to make key points stand out in print.
Handled all prepress preparation:
Carefully reviewed technical specs and ensured all assets were print-ready.
Paid close attention to color, layout alignment, and legibility.
Followed the client's brand guidelines closely while offering subtle design improvements.
Ensured visual consistency across all assets:
The same design language was used throughout all presentation and print materials.
This unified style strengthened brand recognition across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Outcome

All materials were printed and successfully used at events and in publications. Despite some limitations in original assets, we created a visually cohesive, high-tech look that reinforced the brand’s identity across every format. Even in low-quality event photos, the materials looked clean, modern, and professional.
