Config submission: 80%, a fashion discovery tool that analyses your outfit and gives you pointers on how to improve. My problem area: Finding clothing inspiration is very easy but the way it falls on you largely depends on proportions and other little factors. 80% would help the user through the aftermath of finding the right outfit and re-imagining what would make it better. Neutreeno needed a scalable, user-friendly way to present complex carbon emissions data while attracting investors. They required an intuitive UX/UI, a cohesive design system for future growth, and an engaging fundraiser landing page. Due to NDA restrictions, we can’t showcase the product design, but we can share the landing page, which played a key role in fundraising. To solve these challenges, we crafted a seamless UX/UI that simplified data visualization and interactions. We built a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency, while the fundraiser landing page effectively communicated Neutreeno’s mission and engaged investors.

Harnois Proxi operates hundreds of convenience locations across North America, with car wash services as their highest-revenue offering. Despite strong foot traffic, the app struggled to convert users into car wash customers. I redesigned the full mobile experience, from onboarding to purchase flow, surfacing car wash as the primary value proposition and reducing friction at every step. The result: a cleaner, faster app experience built to turn casual users into repeat buyers.

AskSplat is an AI-powered terminal assistant built around a memecoin community. Despite strong early traction, retention was slipping — users were dropping off before experiencing the product's core value. Glaise ran quantitative research to diagnose the problem, surfacing three clear gaps: missing onboarding, no gamification loop, and zero push notifications. We redesigned the full experience in two weeks, adding structured onboarding, engagement mechanics, and re-engagement triggers. The result: a product that finally gives users a reason to come back.

Project type: Homepage UX revamp App: JSU https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/5048/jsu-automation-suite-for-jira-workflows Problem: JSU was experiencing a large user drop off from Sign up moment to Set up moment. Users would land on the homepage confused, unsure what is the next step after installing. Current homepage had too many buttons and distractions that would make users feel overwhelmed and want to give up. Solution: I built a standardized homepage pattern for first time users (Getting Started pages) with clear CTAs, links to documentation and examples they use to quickly start using the app. I also designed a library of plug and play automation templates. After 12 months, we measured a 21% increase in active users.

Users could see the value of the app, but they felt it was not very intuitive for non technical users. Solution: I redesigned the way users setup automations, allowing them to use an intuitive visual workflow builder. After 12 months, we measured a 32% increase in user adoption.

Increasing Retention with a Templates Library (SaaS Growth Experiment) Overview: JMWE users were dropping off after installation because they were starting from a blank state. Many didn’t know what to build first. I designed and shipped a Templates Library of top automation use cases to help users apply proven patterns in one click instead of configuring everything manually. The problem: - High friction at first setup - Blank canvas slowed time-to-value - Retention plateauing The solution: - Identified the most common high-value automation patterns - Designed a curated templates entry point inside the app - Allowed users to prefill and apply configurations instantly Impact: - Contributed to measurable churn reduction (1–2%) - Increased engagement with advanced automation features
