Built a fully automated AI-powered invoicing and payment reminder system for a service-based business looking to streamline billing operations, reduce overdue payments, and improve cash flow management.
The client previously managed invoices manually, which resulted in delayed billing cycles, inconsistent payment follow-ups, and difficulty tracking payment statuses across multiple clients. Their objective was to create an intelligent workflow automation system capable of generating invoices automatically, monitoring payment activity in real time, and sending personalized payment reminders without manual intervention.
Using QuickBooks, Make.com (http://Make.com) automation workflows, Stripe payment integration, and OpenAI API, I developed a scalable automation system that handled the entire invoice lifecycle from invoice creation to payment confirmation and client follow-up.
