So, this project was all about designing and building a fresh homepage for InfinityFX, a sustainable fashion brand from the Netherlands. The aim? To create a neat, magazine-like online store that really highlights their dedication to sustainability while making shopping super easy. The new site, built on Framer, is eye candy and takes users smoothly from discovering the brand to making a purchase, without any hassle.
Goal of the Project:
The main goal for the business was to boost the InfinityFX brand to reflect the high quality and sustainability of its products. To achieve this, we focused on three key areas:
Amplify the Brand Experience: We aimed to go beyond just a basic grid layout, creating an editorial showcase that communicates the brand's sustainability story.
Boost Conversions: We wanted to make the shopping experience smoother by designing quicker and more intuitive ways for customers to get to the cart and checkout.
Increase Marketing Agility: The goal was to set up a flexible system for easier drops, so the team could quickly roll out new products and promotions.
Challenges Faced:
Balancing Content & Commerce: The main challenge was integrating rich editorial content (like the "New Arrivals" and "Featured" sections) and brand storytelling ("About us") without distracting from the primary goal of driving sales. The design needed to be spellbinding yet functional.
Technical Integration: Ensuring the high-design, interaction-heavy Framer frontend could integrate faultlessly with the e-commerce backend, maintaining fast load times and a fully functional cart/checkout process.
Defining "Quicker Paths to Cart": Auditing the existing user flow to identify points of friction and redesigning the navigation and product CTAs to guide users to purchase more efficiently.
Solutions
Modular Editorial Design: I designed and built a component-based system in Framer for "Featured Products" and "New Arrivals." This allows the InfinityFX team to instantly update the homepage for new drops or promotions without any code, solving the need for "smoother drops."
Streamlined Conversion Funnel: I simplified the homepage navigation and implemented clearer calls-to-action on product showcases. This directs users to product pages faster, directly addressing the "quicker paths to cart" goal.
Integrated Brand Narrative: The sustainability message ("We blend our love for design with sustainable and ethical production") was woven directly into the homepage layout, positioning it as a core product feature, not an afterthought. This built brand trust and "fired up the brand experience"

This new homepage directly solved the client's core business challenges by bridging the gap between brand and performance.
Solved For: Low Engagement & Brand Perception
Outcome: The fired-up, content-rich experience captured user interest, leading to a 32% decrease in bounce rate and a 47.2% increase in average session duration. The site now visually communicates the premium quality of the brand.
Solved For: Leaky Conversion Funnel
Outcome: By simplifying navigation, the new design created clearer pathways to products. This resulted in an 18% increase in add-to-cart rates and a measurable 4.7% lift in the overall conversion rate.
Solved For: Slow & Inefficient Marketing
Outcome: The new modular Framer components reduced the time required to launch new collections and promotions from days to hours. This agility allowed the brand to capitalize on marketing moments, leading to a 67% spike in sales during the first product drop using the new design.
What I Learnt
This project was a winning exploration into the creation of a high-performance e-commerce site utilizing an innovative design platform. I discovered how to structure a site in Framer that is not just visually stunning and interactive but also scalable and user-friendly for clients. Most importantly, I showcased how thoughtful, brand-centered design can significantly impact vital business metrics such as conversion rates and user engagement.
