I architected Velocit8, a bespoke SaaS platform designed to streamline the entire client lifecycle. Unlike generic project management tools, Velocit8 is opinionated and financial-first.
Integrated Financials: I connected the Stripe API directly into the project milestones. Clients cannot proceed to the next phase without funding the milestone, ensuring the developer never works unpaid.
Real-Time Transparency: I built a milestone tracking engine that gives clients a live view of progress percentages and deliverables, reducing the need for constant status-update emails.
Admin "God Mode": For the agency owners, I developed a high-level dashboard to manage multiple concurrent projects, assign user roles, and track global revenue.
