KeenzChillz Properties was paying commissions on Airbnb and Booking.com to manage their premium serviced accommodation business across Greater Manchester and Berkshire. Limited branding, no direct guest relationships, and platform fees eating into margins. They needed their own system.

I designed and built a complete property rental platform from scratch, replacing third-party dependency with a branded, self-owned booking engine.

I built a scalable rental platform by:

Designing a responsive, modern UI with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI components

Implementing secure authentication with NextAuth.js

Building a Stripe-integrated booking flow with real-time availability checks

Creating an admin control panel for property, booking, and guest management

Setting up AWS S3 for property image storage with presigned URLs

Adding interactive maps with Leaflet for property locations

Implementing automated email notifications via Resend and React Email

Building a review system for guest feedback

This gave KeenzChillz full ownership of their digital presence and booking pipeline.
