Kajabi Quiz-to-Checkout Platform Build for Spinal Health Hub

OVERVIEW

Spinal Health Hub needed a connected digital-health customer journey from its public back-type quiz into Kajabi checkout, access, email, and membership flows.

CHALLENGE

Several systems had to behave as one launch-ready platform: Jotform needed to pass the right information into Kajabi, Kajabi needed to grant the right access and trigger messaging, checkout had to use Stripe, and downstream ActiveCampaign behavior had to be tested.

MY ROLE

I completed the Kajabi platform build, integrations, automations, testing, responsive review, documentation, and final handover walkthrough.

PROCESS

The final Upwork milestone records all integrations live and tested, including Jotform to Kajabi, Kajabi to ActiveCampaign, and Stripe. I submitted the final platform build, automations, testing, and handover for approval on July 5.

OUTCOME

All three milestones were completed, the contract closed on July 22, and the client left a 5.0 Upwork rating. The live quiz and Kajabi checkout remain independently reviewable. No health, membership, conversion, sales, or revenue outcome is claimed.
