Inspo AI is an AI-powered browser tool that captures any website or UI element and converts it into fully editable Figma layers in seconds. It preserves layouts, components, text, and styling, enabling designers to quickly redesign, iterate, and prototype without rebuilding interfaces from scratch. Designed for speed, it bridges the gap between inspiration and editable design.

Most AI websites try to impress you with features. I wanted ours to make you feel creative before you even type your first prompt. Every detail in the new Inspo AI homepage was designed around one idea: Inspiration should come before creation. https://www.inspoai.io/

Everyone says AI will replace designers. I think AI will replace boring work. Designers who understand users, products, and visual storytelling will become even more valuable. AI is my teammate. Taste is still my superpower That's how I design products—and that's the direction we're building with Inspo AI. #UIUX #ProductDesign #ArtificialIntelligence #BuildInPublic #Contra #Startup

Everyone is racing to generate UI. I'm more interested in generating better UI. A beautiful interface isn't just a prompt. It's typography, spacing, hierarchy, consistency, and hundreds of tiny design decisions that users never notice—but always feel. That's the philosophy behind Inspo AI.

Recently, I worked on improving a sign up flow. Within a week of implementation, the new user acquisition improved from 30 sign-ups per week to over 50 a day. I built this prototype in a single evening using Claude, and worked in a team of 3 - me, a developer, and a QA officer. You can check out the case study here (https://rohanboda.com/work/karax) for more details. And let me know what you think!

🙌 Hi y'all, I am officially certified to do UX Design and Research for Healthcare!! I took a capstone certification project taught and guided by Eric Shumake. For my capstone project, I started building Tenor - a mood logging app that addresses the gaps in therapy that data visualization can solve (and also addresses the sometimes tiring userflow of 'How we feel' - a free to use, publicly available mood logger). While the capstone is complete, I really want to continue building this out as I personally am also a target user for a tool like this, so stay tuned for more updates!!

Lately I've been thinking a lot about where I stand in the world of Product Design. As a (sorta) Cinephile, storytelling is a huge skill for me, and when I started thinking about the intersection of User Experience, Storytelling, and Technology, Game Design sits perfectly in the middle. So I signed up for CalArt's Game Design certification on Coursera. I'm currently at the tail end of the first course, but wanted to share my most recent assignment - a concept that brings narrative to a game that can be played with just a pen and paper. One of my peers pointed out that this would translate really well into a web based minigame (subtle foreshadowing). But in the meantime, why don't you give it a try and see how quick you can solve the mystery (spoilers in the comic).
