I’ve delivered insights & created models that boosted success rates by ~5%, cut costs by ~10%, and upped efficiency by ~5%. Apart from the above, here's what I've helped them with: 1. Built an attribution model to identify factors for change in metrics, along with quantifying change due to each factor. 2. Built a dynamic model to record outages across payment providers, using which the outages reduced by 93% m-o-m. 3. Set up data automation using Google Scripts API to automatically transform data, & email various payment providers with their data attached from Google Sheets itself. 4. Constructed various dashboards for stakeholders to perform RCA, monitor A/B tests, Tokenisation, Offer- efficiency, etc.
