I am so excited to be submitting JAMS to the #ShareYourWork challenge! 🥪🍓🥜 This was one of the most exciting projects that we worked on this year. The client approached us via Contra to design and develop their website in the style of neo-nostalgia. They launched competitor peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in Walmart that are filled with protein and good ingredients. We used Figma to design the website, Blender for the 3D renders of the products and Jammy (the brand's mascot), and Webflow to bring the site to life. The site was built in the Lumos framework, for accessibility and scalability, and is fully breakpointless! Super excited to submit Plant Shop by Tula House to the #ShareYourWork challenge! 😊 The client built a visionOS app - allowing users to visualize plants in their living space - for the famous Tula House Plant Shop in New York City. They hired us via Contra to create a colorful, engaging website which tells the story of how they developed it. The site's design had to match the plant shop's branding. 🌵 We designed the site in Figma and developed it in Webflow using Timothy Rick's Lumos framework. This ensured that the site would be fully accessible and scalable. The 3D plant in the hero was optimized in Blender, prior to being added into Spline and then into Webflow. For SEGA and Supercell, I took a trip down memory lane, channelling my inner 90s child to create the online companion to a one-off retro-style magazine made by the original Mean Machines team, to promote Supercell’s Squad Busters smartphone game and its Sonic the hedgehog crossover. The brief was simple: Capture the spirit of 90s gaming mags — loud, cluttered layouts, bold typography, clashing colours — with one guiding word: nostalgia. The result? A digital homage that feels like flicking through a 1993 issue, reimagined for today's screens. Complete with a few 90s Easter eggs: ☎️ Dial-up modem sound 💾 Random “Blue Screen of Death” ✨ Cursor trail 🎵 Winamp-style music player 📝 Classic guestbook 🔢 Page-view counter

Cursor Camp, A Real-Time Multiplayer World, Built with Rive Cursor Camp (https://neal.fun/cursor-camp/) is a live multiplayer playground where up to 1000 real cursors from around the globe share the same space simultaneously. A beach, lazy river, clubhouse, campfire, soccer pitch, cave, treehouse and more, brought to life through over 40 Rive-powered interactions and animations spanning environments, characters, objects, and interactions. My role was building the entire Rive layer. Starting from the illustrator’s artwork, I translated everything into interactive systems, rigging and animating scenes, characters, and objects while developing the state machines and behaviours that make the world feel dynamic and alive. The real challenge was making it data-aware. Using ViewModel data binding and Luau scripting throughout, every animation responds to live runtime input, with cursors picking up objects, triggering states, and reacting to a constantly changing world. That includes moments like players duetting on a piano in real time, progressively eating an entire cake with each click, adding sticks to a fire to increase its intensity, or dropping ingredients into a cauldron to dynamically change the colour of the broth. The result is a Rive system ready to be wired into Neal Agarwal’s multiplayer backend, where WebSockets keep thousands of players in sync in real time. It hit the front page of Hacker News on day one, with people asking one question over and over: How is this running in a browser? That’s the impossible UI.
