Four Zero began as a bold vision set on an untouched stretch of beachfront. The developer—a sharp, imaginative thinker—had the idea fully formed, but needed a way to express it clearly to everyone involved: investors, local partners, and other key stakeholders.
I joined early to build that foundation from the ground up. Starting from scratch, I shaped the core concept, brand story, and identity, then designed a complete visual system with the supporting assets to match. Those assets became the backbone of the brochure and website that introduced Four Zero to the world.
The result was immediate: interest surged. With a clear, confident brand in place, the client drew serious investor attention and secured multiple deals in principle—moving the project significantly closer to becoming real.
