Convey Bálint’s identity: between architecture, digital art, parametric/deconstructive forms; show a creative synergy of technical discipline + artistic freedom.

Provide an intuitive, image-first browsing experience (gallery-style) that allows non-technical visitors (art lovers, curators) and technical audiences (architects, clients) to explore the work easily.

Ensure the site is maintainable, responsive, and easy for the client to update (new artworks, exhibitions).

Align the visual identity (branding) with the aesthetic of the work: modern, minimal, impactful.

Branding & Visual Identity

Developed a brand visual language that supports Bálint’s work: minimal typographic treatments, strong image presentation, balanced negative space.

Designed a logo (if applicable), color palette, typography choices that reflect both architectural precision and experimental art.

Created style guidelines (e.g. for headings, image captions, layout across different screen sizes) in Figma.

UI/UX Design (Figma)

Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma that show the overall site hierarchy: Home / Latest / Portfolio categories (e.g. Artworks, Exhibition, Parametric, Code-works) / Contact.

Designed responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, mobile, adjusting image gallery grids, navigation, readability.

Incorporated large-format imagery, hover or light interaction effects (if any), simple navigation of galleries to let the work shine.

Web Development (Webflow)

Built the site in Webflow based on the Figma designs: converting mockups into fully responsive Webflow pages.

Implemented image galleries for artworks/drawings/exhibitions, with clean transitions, consistent image aspect ratios, optimized loading.

Ensured navigation is intuitive; implemented global menu linking to portfolio categories, contact page.

Made sure site is performant: optimized images, good loading behaviour, responsive across devices.

Setup CMS (if used) so that client can add new works or exhibitions easily (assuming Webflow CMS is involved).

Handled domain/web-hosting setup, SEO basics (titles, meta, alt text for images), accessible design considerations where possible.

Balancing image-heavy content vs performance: Artworks are high resolution and visually rich. To avoid slow load times, images were optimized, lazy loading used, and responsive image sizes employed.

Maintaining visual continuity across many different types of work (drawings, parametric, codeworks) while keeping the site cohesive. Achieved by consistent layout patterns, spacing, typography, and color restraint.

Designing for multiple screen sizes: large gallery grids can be tricky for tablets/mobiles. Careful design to ensure images don’t become too small, maintain visual impact on smaller devices.

A polished, professional portfolio site that showcases Bálint Füzes’ work in a way that reflects his artistic and technical identity.
