I won't lie, joining a new platform always comes with nerves. Contra was unfamiliar territory and I had no idea if it would work out.
It did.
From landing my first gig to hitting $5K earned, every step has been better than the last. What made the difference wasn't just the work, it was the community. Contra actually feels like a community, not just a marketplace. People show up for each other here.
