Some projects never make it to launch.
This one went quiet midway.
The work exists though. And I still think about it.
Daima is a body care brand built around water movement, sunset light, the feeling of surrendering to a moment. Every detail designed to be felt as much as seen.

if it was a client project that was rejected, i'd make it into something else and share it.
This was actually a second iteration of a proposal my client really appreciated, we were almost there. She ghosted me toward the end, so I think it had more to do with the possibility of launching than the concept itself. But who knows.

Honestly, some of the most beautiful creative work never gets launched publicly, but it still shapes you as a designer. Sometimes those unfinished or unseen projects end up influencing your taste, process, and future work more than the ones that actually go live.

What I love most is that her concept was genuinely unique, it pushed me into a color palette I probably never would have explored on my own. I haven't shared...
That honestly makes the project even more special. I think some of the strongest creative work happens when a concept pushes us into directions we normally wouldn’t choose ourselves. You can really feel that exploration here, especially in the palette and overall mood. It feels emotionally driven, not just visually designed.
This is why documenting process matters. Even when the brand never launches, the thinking behind it still deserves to exist somewhere.
Definitely. And honestly, learning how to navigate these situations is a win too, even when it doesn't feel like one.

The goal was to explore how emotionally intelligent digital experiences could feel calmer, softer, and more human-centered.

This project was built using an AI-native workflow across Figma’s ecosystem.

Cursor + Figma MCP
After generating the initial experience in Figma Make, I exported the source code into Cursor and connected Figma MCP to continue refining and completing the product.
This workflow allowed design context, generated UI, and development to remain connected throughout the process.

Why I Built This
This project explores how AI-native creative tools can be used not only for productivity and speed, but also for emotional storytelling, cinematic UX, atmosphere-driven interaction, and more meaningful human-centered digital experiences.
This is such a creative use of Figma’s AI ecosystem. Really inspiring workflow and presentation 🔥
New case study is live.
A principal product designer had a set of polished Figma designs and recorded app videos, but needed them turned into a short reel that felt cohesive, intentional, and portfolio-ready.
I built the full motion piece in Jitter: trimming and cropping recordings, sequencing product screens, creating transitions, and shaping the pacing into a 50-second 4K showreel.
The work was less about adding flashy animation and more about giving the product design the right rhythm, flow, and presentation quality.

KeyDash is a web-based typing game built for the Config Makeathon using Figma Make.
The idea came from a simple problem: typing practice is useful, but it can feel repetitive and not very motivating. I wanted to explore how a clean typing-test interface could be combined with a playful game mechanic.
In KeyDash, players type random English words while a pixel-art runner tries to stay ahead of a human chaser. Every correct word increases the lead, while mistakes and slow typing make the chaser get closer.
Players can choose difficulty, time duration, character, and map before starting a run. During gameplay, KeyDash tracks WPM, accuracy, time, correct words, combo, and lead distance. At the end, players get a result screen with their final WPM as the main score, plus supporting stats and shareable results.
I used Figma Make to design and build the working prototype, iterating through the interface, gameplay logic, result screen, and visual style directly from prompts and refinements.
