The following is my submission of CapCut as a logistics powerhouse.
Chose Direction A: CapCut as a Different Industry
Title: CapCut Logistics
If CapCut’s fundamental value proposition is moving, cutting, and rendering digital media with frictionless speed, this concept extends that exact premise into the physical realm. The logistics network moves people and cargo with the same rapid, seamless efficiency as exporting a short-form video. In this world, physical distance is treated simply as an "editable" timeline, optimized for the fastest possible rendering of travel and delivery.
Embracing a "human-centric tech" philosophy, the design avoids overwhelming sensory clutter. It scales the iconic CapCut logo directly into the mega-station’s footprint and cleverly translates functional software components—like timelines, split lines, and keyframes—into intuitive wayfinding and environmental design elements.
The aesthetic is anchored by a sophisticated, controlled color palette that pairs CapCut’s signature Teal with expansive light-grey concrete and cool blue glass. The interiors prioritize clean, vector-inspired monoline structural accents, featuring dramatic crossing escalators that mimic the logo's central 'X', alongside subtle geometric motifs integrated into the tiling and interactive digital displays.

CapCut The Art of the Cut reimagines CapCut as a Mediterranean heritage design maison, built on the oldest form of "cut and assemble" in history: the mosaic.
Long before timelines and keyframes, the Mediterranean was full of master editors. In Carthage and Roman Africa, artisans cut thousands of tiny stone tiles — tesserae — and placed them, fragment by fragment, into mosaics that still glow on the floors of the Bardo in Tunis two thousand years later. That is editing at its origin: take many small pieces, place them with intention, reveal a whole greater than its parts.
In this world, the scissors in the CapCut logo are no longer a UI icon — they are the artisan's blade. Every project is a mosaic, every cut is a tessera, every export is a masterpiece revealed. The palette is drawn from the coast: Sidi Bou Said cobalt, chalk white, sun-baked terracotta, and brass. The brand speaks slowly and confidently, like heritage — but moves like modern AI. It stays true to CapCut's spirit: still the creator's companion, the thing in your hands that turns scattered fragments into something whole. We just gave that idea a 3,000-year-old soul.
I built the entire identity inside CapCut Design Studio logo system, key visuals, packaging, merchandise, app UI, and brand story iterating with its AI agent directly on the canvas.
