The smallest UX decisions usually have the biggest impact on conversions.
While working on an automotive services website, I spent extra time refining the service selection flow. Nothing flashy. Just clearer hierarchy, stronger visual cues, and fewer points of friction.
One thing I have noticed across a lot of website projects is this:
People spend hours polishing visuals before fixing structure.
Strong visuals help, but if users cannot understand where to look, what to click, or what action to take next, the design is already working against...
