One thing I have noticed across a lot of website projects is this:
People spend hours polishing visuals before fixing structure.
Strong visuals help, but if users cannot understand where to look, what to click, or what action to take next, the design is already working against them.
I usually spend more time thinking about content hierarchy and user flow before moving into styling decisions.
