Meet Sanjeev Shankar
As a journalist, I wrote news, atmosphere stories, interviews and features for Nagpur Times and Sunday Observer, Bombay in the 1980s; after a gap owing to my engagement writing books, I have been writing in Marathi newspapers since 2013.
I researched "secularism" and wrote "Secular India, A Historical Quest" (1991).
My novel "The Plunge" won the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award's sixth prize.
