How does your SEO automation system work?
It is based around your unique needs, so there is no one "system", but it will follow a very broad workflow: your CRM will be integrated with various tools using an automation tool like Make, with AI tools like ChatGPT writing the content and Perplexity for researching content.
Is the content quality any good?
Yes! While the content won't match up to the work of a $200+ writer, I have spent a long time perfecting my prompts to get human-sounding writing out of GPT.
Doesn't Google dislike AI?
Google doesn't like AI spam. It is fine with quality AI content, so long as it fulfills the qualities of E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness). This is why I insist that there is human oversight before publishing: no matter how good an automated content system, hallucinations happen. A quick 10-minute check resolves this problem and keeps you in Google's good books.
How long does it take to set up?
All my workflows are custom built so the answer to this really depends on the complexity of your needs. Typically though, most projects are delivered within a few days to a few weeks.
Do you provide support after setup?
I will train you (or a team member) to operate this system and can provide ongoing support as required with a retainer. If you would rather outsource it all to me for a fully hands-off SEO automation in the hands of a competent SEO professional and automation expert, we can also discuss this.
Are there any ongoing costs I will need to pay?
Yes, a few, but again this depends on your setup. Articles and images will cost a few cents to generate. In addition to this, you will also need to subscribe to a platform like Make and maybe an online CRM. These costs pale into insignificance when you consider the time savings of this system.
Can this system be customized to my brand's voice?
Absolutely, I'll take the time to create prompts (or even GPT Assistants) that are trained on your brand voice to ensure that the writing style and tone matches. As a writer, I abhor low-quality AI content and I do everything I can to eliminate "top-notch" content so you can stand out from your competitors.
