  • What makes you good at what you do?

    I have extensive promotional writing experience in a variety of fields. I also have a Marketing Degree and an MBA, and many years of experience in the business world. I bring all of that expertise to finding the best way to feature your content. I take pride in delivering an excellent product.

  • Can you edit existing content?

    Absolutely. I had one buyer who needed my help with his brochure content, and upon studying his company, I discovered he was not including his key service differentiator. We added that to the brochure, and it was a much more powerful sales tool.

  • Can you also design the brochure?

    I stay within my strengths. I'm a writer, but I'm not strong at design and layout. I provide the winning content, and let the designers decide the best way to present it.

  • Do you provide revisions? How does that work?

    Of course. I want the content to convey your message precisely as you want it. I review the materials you provide me, and develop the best content I can provide. Then you review it, and we make changes as you request. We typically only need one revision to fine tune content.

    I first look at the product or service you provide. Then I think about the "pain points" of your potential customers. The goal is to have your product or service resolve the customer pain points. I find the ways to engage those customers, and help them see how you can solve their business need.
