The client sells ranch real estate, and acquired a listing for a Shooting Range just east of Los Angeles, California. This 1,500 acre shooting range was different than their typical listing, because it was more a commercial property, and had a large capacity for handling a variety of shooting needs. The ranch also had great potential upside for further expansion. I had handled several property video scripts for this client, so they gave me a lot of latitude to choose which details to feature and highlight.
The voiceover was going to be performed by a Sam Elliott type voice artist, so we wanted to capture the Old West feel and connnect that to the gun world. I was provided with the Multiple Listing Service entry for the Shooting Range, along with the website, and a preferred list of alternative uses for the property. The agent was very experienced in selling property, but relied on me to find the business elements that would engage potential buyers.
