I edited a sales script for a California equestrian ranch

I had written a number of scripts for this client, a California real estate agent who specializes in ranch properties. They had written a basic script, and asked if I could enhance and supplement the script to properly tell the story about the best features of the ranch. She provided me with some notes and the MLS listing for the property. The voiceover artist was going to be a Sam Elliott type, and it was important to write the script in a folksy and Western tone.
