I wrote a sales script for an 1,100 acre California ranch

The client was a real estate agent who specialized in California ranch properties. She had provided me with a rough draft, and asked if I would expand it to capture the essence of the property. She gave me a link to the MLS listing, which had a lot of details. But she left it to my judgment about how to weave it into a story. This was the first of several scripts she asked me to write.

She planned to use a Sam Elliott type voicover person, and wanted the script to reflect a slow and thoughtful tour of the ranch. I developed that script for her.
