I have spent 25 years in the workforce, 20 of those in management. Not managing dashboards. Managing people, pressure, and problems that don't fit neatly into a playbook. I have led teams as small as 3 and as large as 250, so I understand firsthand why systems are needed and what it takes to maintain them at every scale.

I have dealt with executives and multimillionaires, the homeless and penniless, and everyone in between. I have resolved guest issues face to face, made paralyzing decisions under pressure, and led teams through situations where the answer was not in a manual. That gave me something most systems builders don't have: a real understanding of how businesses operate on the ground, not how they look on a whiteboard.

That is why my systems work. I start with the operation, not the technology. I walk through how your team actually works, where the handoffs fail, which spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch, and what breaks when your best employee calls in sick. Then I build the system that makes all of it run without the duct tape.

Every business is different. Every environment has its own friction, politics, and unwritten rules. Most computer-learned operators have never managed a floor, handled an escalation, or watched a process fall apart because the real world didn't match the flowchart. I have. That makes me fluid, adaptable, and able to understand a client's problems from their side of the table.

RVW Systems is the hub I built around that approach. I architect the solution, manage the project, and deliver the outcome. When a project calls for specialized execution, I bring in vetted subcontractors: video editors, web designers, cybersecurity experts, and certified specialists across multiple disciplines. One point of contact. One accountable system.

My builds have eliminated entire manual workflows, cut inventory loss by 7%, saved one company $70,000 a year by replacing a 4-person operation with a zero-touch pipeline, and turned multi-hour content production into single-click systems. If it does not move a number, it does not get built.

The technology follows the business need. Sometimes that is Python and custom APIs. Sometimes it is Airtable, Make, WordPress, Shopify, or AI platforms like OpenAI and Claude. AI video production using Kling AI and CapCut is a growing part of the toolkit. I choose the simplest architecture that solves the problem completely.

Longtime clients know me as Rusty. Certifications from IBM, Google AI, Zapier, Make, and Airtable. Based in Little Rock, available for project-based and ongoing engagements.
