The Possibilities Project Brand Identity

The Possibilities Project is a professional services group focused on strategic partnerships, leadership support, and organizational development. Their work sits at the intersection of consulting, collaboration, and people-centered strategy - and the brand needed an identity that communicates clarity, trust, and modern professionalism. My role was to develop a complete visual identity system that elevates their presence across digital and physical communication.

Understanding the Brand

The goal was to build an identity that reflects TPP Collaborative’s strengths:
a human approach to collaboration
clear communication
professionalism without the stiffness
a modern, trustworthy visual tone
This foundation guided every design decision throughout the project.

Logo, Colors & Typography

The identity began with a new logo designed to feel clean, structured, and approachable. It needed to work well across small digital formats and larger printed materials, so versatility and legibility were key.
Color palette:
A modern set of tones that balance warmth and professionalism — allowing the brand to feel human-focused while remaining corporate-ready.
Typography system:
A clear and contemporary type hierarchy designed for proposals, presentations, reports, social media, and signage. The typefaces were chosen for readability, balance, and versatility across digital and print.

Brand Applications

Once the core identity was defined, I expanded the system into a set of essential brand assets that support their daily operations and communication needs:
Stationery suite: business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and printed materials
Social media direction: layout structure, color usage, post design rules, image treatment, and branded templates
Roll-up banner design: created for conferences, events, and speaking engagements — ensuring strong visibility while staying consistent with the identity
Each asset was designed with consistency, clarity, and long-term scalability in mind.

Tools & Workflow

The project was developed using:
Adobe Illustrator for logo and vector elements
Adobe InDesign for stationery and banner layouts
Figma for social media systems and digital templates
This allowed for smooth creation, clean hand-off, and future-proofing of the brand system.
