Three River is a leadership consulting firm focused on helping organizations navigate transformation, develop resilient leaders, and build future-ready cultures.
My role was to create a full branding system that would position Three River as a trusted, modern, and strategic partner in the leadership space.
Understanding the Brand
The project began with a deep dive into the company’s philosophy. Three River blends insight, strategic advisory, and leadership development, so the identity needed to communicate:
professionalism without corporate stiffness
a sense of flow, clarity, and transformation
trustworthiness for senior-level stakeholders
modernity suitable for the AI-era leadership landscape
This conceptual foundation informed the visual system from start to finish.
Logo, Color System & Typography
The logo was developed to symbolize clarity, movement, and alignment — core themes in the Three River methodology. The final mark is refined and versatile, easily adapted for both digital platforms and large-scale print.
Color system:
A carefully structured palette built for a sophisticated, conservative, and trustworthy brand. The tones balance strength with calmness, making the identity suitable for consulting, coaching, and strategic workshops.
Typography:
A modern, elegant type hierarchy designed for legibility in reports, presentations, web layouts, and long-form content. The type system creates a consistent voice across all materials.
Brand Applications
After defining the core identity elements, the next stage was bringing the brand to life across all touchpoints.
I designed:
Stationery: business cards, letterhead, and document templates
Website favicon & digital assets: ensuring brand continuity across online environments
Billboards and large-format collateral: for events, workshops, and city advertising
Presentation templates: polished slide designs for keynote sessions, strategic decks, and executive workshops
Social media direction: layout system, grid structure, content rules, image use, and branded templates to maintain consistency across platforms
Website design: creating a clean, structured, and professional homepage and interior pages aligned with the full identity
Each asset was designed to support the firm’s credibility and help their communication feel unified from the first touchpoint to the last.
Tools & Workflow
The identity system was developed using:
Adobe Illustrator for the logo and vector assets
Adobe Photoshop for visual mockups and imagery
Adobe InDesign for presentations and printed materials
Figma for website design and social media templates
This multi-platform workflow ensured flexibility, precision, and easy implementation across digital and print.
