During the TotalEnergies IKEKE project, I worked through an outsourcing agency to handle various administrative tasks and coordinate technical document transmission required to facilitate procurement of machinery and equipment. Among the various responsibilities include -
Maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings, set reminders and coordinate meetings across time zones between vendor and OEM when required
Review and order material list according to the urgency of requirement through the various approval stages
Interacted with vendors, contractors and professional service personnel to receive orders, direct activities and communicate instructions
Managing hectic schedules while providing efficient administrative support.
Process for review, orient, transmit and store digital files, documents and records securely in cloud-based DC platform - SHAREPOINT
