The PROJAHNMO Project is a community-based neonatal health research initiative implemented through a collaborative effort among various partner organizations, including ICDDR.B, Shimantik-Sylhet, and Johns Hopkins University, USA, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Management:
Enter data into designated databases in coordination with data collectors.
Compile and sort documents for data entry, ensuring source documents are accurate and complete.
Verify and correct data as needed, providing timely feedback to data collectors.
Communicate effectively with the data manager via desktop sharing tools (e.g., TeamViewer) and file-sharing platforms (e.g., Dropbox).
Field Office Focal Point:
Serve as the primary contact for all data management-related tasks and issues within the field office.
Test and review new data entry software and provide feedback for improvements.
Training and Collaboration:
Work with field staff to clarify roles and responsibilities in data collection and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes.
Assist in troubleshooting data submission errors and resolving data-related issues.
Data Preparation and Analysis:
Perform and document data preparation procedures, including data cleaning, standardization, and analysis.
Assist in generating reports and conducting data analysis to support project objectives.
