The GenAI Summit was an initiative I developed from scratch, covering all stages from conceptualization and strategic planning to execution and evaluation. I acted as the project manager for professionals in visual identity design and web development, ensuring a cohesive brand image and functional website. I defined the event’s thematic focus, managed speaker selection, secured sponsorships, and developed value propositions tailored to the needs of companies. Designed for the European tech community, I also organized logistics and delivered an innovative and inclusive experience for attendees, implementing digital communication strategies and social responsibility initiatives that reflected a professional, comprehensive vision committed to diversity and technological innovation.
