Understand the core issues, we conducted in-depth interviews with real estate agents, property buyers, and sellers. These discussions revealed key pain points such as difficulty in property verification, a lack of streamlined communication, and the absence of a central platform for managing transactions.

Initial low-fidelity wireframes were created to map out key workflows, ensuring a smooth user journey. Several UI concepts were explored and refined based on stakeholder feedback, resulting in a visually appealing and highly functional platform.

Designed a universal style guide to establish a cohesive and consistent design language across all interfaces.
