Overview: Areana 100 is a next-gen hybrid fitness app that combines workouts, social interaction, and nutrition tracking into a seamless digital experience. Arean100 was designed in about 4 weeks with a team of 1 designer 1 project manager, 3 engineers, and the client.
Challenges: Traditional fitness apps focus solely on workouts, leaving users to manage social motivation and nutrition tracking through separate platforms. The lack of integration leads to disengagement, poor habit tracking, and reduced adherence to fitness plans. Key Challenges: Lack of community interaction in fitness apps, Difficulty syncing workouts with nutrition for holistic health tracking, Poor user retention due to lack of engagement features
