Overview: HireNova is an innovative platform that transforms the job-seeking experience by leveraging employee referrals and professional connections. Its mission is to connect job seekers with employees from over 1,000 companies worldwide, enhancing the likelihood of securing interviews and job offers.

Traditional job application processes often feel impersonal and ineffective, with job seekers struggling to get noticed in competitive markets. Referrals can significantly improve hiring chances, but there was no structured way to connect job seekers with employees willing to refer them. The challenge was to design a platform that:
