Development of Undrafted Team Dashboard

We’ve officially rolled out the Undrafted Team Dashboard, a proprietary platform built in house to support our photographers, editors, and contributors across the entire workflow. This dashboard centralizes game scheduling, assignment requests, credential tracking, user management, and content review into one streamlined experience. It allows photographers to easily discover and request upcoming games while giving editors clear visibility into approvals, submissions, and team activity in real time. What makes this especially meaningful is that this tool was designed specifically for journalists and creators, not adapted from legacy newsroom software. To our knowledge, no other sports media organization is building systems like this that prioritize both operational efficiency and an engaging user experience.
