Blog launch planning
Olena Kitsak
Problem
A small launch project where I organized the work and built the application process for a new team.
What I did
Created the project plan in Notion.
Structured tasks, deadlines, assignees and dependencies.
Created an application form in Google Forms.
Connected the form to Notion with Zapier.
Automated the creation of candidate records from each submission.
Result
A clear project structure and an automated application workflow, without manually moving submissions into the database.
