The client was managing company and contact information in Excel and needed a more structured CRM.
What I did
Reviewed the existing information and business needs.
Planned the Hubspot CRM structure.
Created custom Properties.
Set up Companies and Contacts.
Migrated existing information from Excel.
Created Views for follow-ups and lease-related tasks.
Result
A structured CRM where the client could manage companies, contacts and follow-ups in one place.
