Website migration to Webflow

This project is a website migration from a custom-coded platform to Webflow. BUSINESS is a real estate advisory company providing guidance and expertise in property-related decisions. BUSINESS GOAL is to gain full control over the website, allowing the team to easily update content without relying on developers. CHALLENGES included recreating the website exactly as it was — maintaining design and complex interactions — while migrating all content, converting some materials from PDFs, and implementing a cost-effective multilingual solution within a limited budget.

I rebuilt the website in Webflow from a blank canvas, recreating the existing design, layouts, and interactions. This included setting up a structured design system with styles, components, and CMS collections. I also implemented basic SEO settings, including meta titles, descriptions, and alt texts. For the second language, I created a parallel page structure and added language tags to support proper indexing. Along the way, I helped organize content from PDFs, suggested a solution for video hosting, implemented custom sliders using code, set up a cookie solution, and provided training so the client could manage the website moving forward.
