I originally started working with this client to manage and update her Webflow website.
When Webflow changed how subscriptions worked, we needed to find another way to manage recurring payments without disrupting her existing clients.

Set up a new subscription system
Found the best alternative solution for the client’s situation
Set up recurring subscriptions in Stripe.
Helped move existing subscribers from Webflow to Stripe.
Made sure the transition could happen gradually.
Connected payments and notifications
Built Zapier automations for:
new one-time payments
new subscriptions
renewed subscriptions
cancelled subscriptions
payment notifications
Set up a freebie funnel
Created the freebie landing page in Webflow.
Connected the form to ActiveCampaign.
Set up an ActiveCampaign automation to deliver the freebie and follow up with an email sequence.
Troubleshot existing systems
Investigated incorrect email automations in ActiveCampaign.
Helped resolve scheduling confirmation emails issues in Acuity.
Investigated missing emails in Dubsado.
Identified that the Dubsado email issue was related to the domain/DNS setup and identified the next step for resolving it.
