I joined Huddle, a future-of-work talent marketplace (www.huddle.works), as employee #5, right after their $3.4M Seed raise (Wave Capital, IDEO, and Outlander). I led the Sales team and acted as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help speed up user onboarding, retention, and community monetization. I set up Sales pipeline systems (Pipedrive), value prop messaging, sales scripts, the sales team playbook, revenue forecast tooling, OKR's and managed a small team of SDRs.
