I joined the team as a fractional Head of Product, pivoting the business model from a B2C to a B2B2C model. I followed a customer development protocol of identifying our product thesis and assumptions and then created a landing page experience (www.bulachallenge.com) to equip our sales efforts and validate our ICP.
Bula turns customers into highly engaged super fans, and increases AOV and LTV. Bulla technology is vendor agnostic and allows to integrate with any off and online tech layers such as 3rd party loyalty & reward solutions, CRM and POS systems.
