Objective: Design the mobile & web experience for an “OS for people-to-AI coordination,” where users can chat with friends, spawn AI agents, and move crypto—all in the same interface.

Scope:Product strategy → UX flows → end-to-end Figma (light & dark) → React-Native component kit → growth website in Framer

Timeline: 4 weeks

Blend consumer chat, AI agents, and wallet-to-wallet payments without overwhelming first-time users.

Teach what an “AI mini-app” is and why you’d clone one using language a TikTok user gets instantly.

Provide real-time, cross-chain messaging while staying WCAG-AA accessible on an electric-neon brand palette.

Figma → React-Native kit: 60+ reusable components, tokenised typography & spacing.

CRDT & Offline Spec: wrote interaction states for edit collisions so chats sync even on spotty mobile data.

Framer marketing site: hero Lottie of spawning bot, CMS-fed roadmap & blog.

Accessibility: prefers-reduced-motion, voice-over labels, and colour-blind-safe agent badges.

28 k beta sign-ups in the first month (organic X & Farcaster push).

Average session length hit 11 min 2× target thanks to wallet & agent quick-actions.

My Role: orchestrated the full product sprint—from first user-story map to final component specs—delivering a production-ready super-app that merges AI, chat, and Web3 in just four weeks.
