Client Name: Mach – “Any Coin, Any Chain, One Click”
Industry: DeFi • Cross-Chain Swaps
Objective: Design a marketing + onboarding site that convinces users they can swap any token across chains in a single click without worrying about bridges, gas, or wallets.
Scope: Brand refresh, hero illustration, responsive UI (desktop / tablet / mobile), component system in Figma, Framer implementation hand-off
Duration: 2 Weeks
The Challenge
Explain a complex back-end aggregator (bridges + DEX routing) in one headline and three cards.
Balance “speed” and “security” messaging—users fear bridge hacks but also hate slow swaps.
Build a high-contrast, motion-ready design that feels futuristic yet WCAG-AA accessible on deep-purple gradients.
Execution Details
Figma→Framer tokens: color variables and motion curves exported for engineering parity.
Accessible motion: prefers-reduced-motion media query disables background parallax for sensitive users.
Handoff kit: annotated Figma file, component library, and 5-min Loom walkthrough delivered to the dev team.
Outcome
+28 % landing-to-app click-through in the first two weeks after launch (Mixpanel).
Average time-to-swap start fell from 22 s → 11 s thanks to clearer CTA placement on mobile.
Investors highlighted the deck-style site in Mach’s seed round, calling it “the cleanest cross-chain narrative we’ve seen.”
My Role: Led brand direction, UI/UX, responsive component system, and motion specs handing off a pixel-perfect, production-ready Framer file in just eight days.
