Project Overview

A HealthTech hardware startup preparing for its Seed round needed more than an investor list. They needed a complete pipeline built around their exact profile.
The company was raising for a sleep-tech and connected hardware product positioned across Digital Health, AI, IoT, and DeepTech. A benchmark fund was identified early to guide investor targeting.

What I Researched and Delivered

50 qualified investors and decision-makers across the GCC (UAE and KSA), USA, and Europe
1–2 relevant decision-makers per fund, including Partners, Principals, and Investment Directors
Investment focus, stage fit, and estimated check size for each investor, in the $50K–$250K+ range
Portfolio fit and recent investment activity
Relevance scoring and follow-up priority for every entry
Verified contact details and LinkedIn profiles

Beyond the Research

Because the founder was new to fundraising, the work went beyond spreadsheet delivery. I provided guidance on prioritizing the shortlist, structuring outreach, and building a tracking process from research through investor conversations.

Outcome

Built a focused investor pipeline for Seed-stage fundraising, designed to help a first-time founder move from investor research to organized outreach and follow-up.
This project reflects the research support I provide when a client needs a fundraising research partner, not only a data delivery.
