Multi-Location Property Research & Decision-Maker Mapping

A client needed detailed research on multifamily and single-family property companies operating across multiple locations.

The goal was to identify relevant companies, map their locations, and find the right decision-makers with accurate, location-specific contact information for targeted outreach.

The main challenge was multi-location accuracy. Many property companies operate across several cities or states, so using only a company headquarters address could create incorrect contact-to-location mapping.

The research followed a deeper process:

I researched relevant multifamily and single-family property companies through their official websites to identify locations and business presence.

I then used LinkedIn to research decision-makers across multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership such as CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CMO, CSO, and CHRO, alongside relevant upper, middle, and lower management contacts.

A key part of the project was matching each decision-maker to the most relevant company location rather than automatically assigning the corporate headquarters address.

The final data was organized into a structured prospect database with company, location, decision-maker, title, and contact information.

The client received a location-focused prospect database covering multifamily and single-family property companies with detailed decision-maker research. The client reviewed the work and was satisfied with the research quality.
