Driving Inclusive Practices for Older Adult Users in FinTech

This 4-week project won a design award with the non-profit org, IterateUX.

Through design research, I developed insights that contributed to a prototype that worked to solve identified workarounds and the extent of novel user segment distrust. Combined contextual inquiry and qualitative usability study methodologies using bilingual research to meet a diverse set of target participants' needs with equitable and inclusive practices.
