System Expansion and UI Modernization

We were brought on board to take over a project that was already partially built. The goal was to expand the system, improve the user experience and create a new, modern UI that would stand out in a competitive market.

The project began with a series of early-stage UX workshops, including whiteboarding and information flow sessions. This was a crucial step to fully understand the existing structure, how data was handled, and the different sections of the system. I was an active participant in many of these sessions and directly oversaw and worked on the wireframes and final UI.

Key achievements:

The new UI is built around an intuitive workflow, guiding users through tasks and simplifying complex processes.

We incorporated a range of data visualisations, KPIs, and performance metrics, making it easier for users to understand and track their progress without getting bogged down in raw data.

We created personalised welcome boards and role-based views that provide a tailored experience for each user.

We completely overhauled the end-user dashboards to be more intuitive and user-friendly.

The system was improved to include more robust data services and audit trails, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
