MyGamCare Portal Design for GamCare

As the lead designer, I spearheaded the creative direction of MyGamCare, a new online portal for GamCare, the UK’s leading problem gambling support service. The goal was to create a personalised space empowering individuals to manage their gambling behaviours effectively. So far, the portal has seen 18,826 goals set up and tracked.

The portal's key features, such as trackable goals, mood and urge monitoring, personalised resources, and practical tools, provide a supportive framework for users to implement positive changes within their own lives.

I designed an intuitive and supportive user interface, focusing on ease of use for a sensitive topic.

I structured the portal's content to help users easily understand how gambling impacts their time, money, well-being, and relationships.

I conducted thorough research to ensure MyGamCare offered unique and valuable features.

I developed detailed userflows and personas to ensure the portal addressed diverse user needs and journeys.

I created a compassionate and trustworthy brand identity for MyGamCare.
