Boutique Real-Estate Website Development for LET US Ibiza
LET US Ibiza — a boutique agency that sounds like one
Client: LET US Ibiza (letusibiza.com) — a boutique real-estate agency on Ibiza: high-end homes, new developments, off-market listings and renovation projects, a few clients at a time.
Buying property on Ibiza is a high-stakes purchase in a foreign legal system — different rules per municipality, paperwork in a language the buyer may not read, and an island full of agencies that all claim the same three adjectives. LET US doesn't compete on inventory volume; it competes on attention — "only a few clients at a time." The site had to make that boutique positioning tangible instead of claiming it, and win the trust of an international buyer before the first WhatsApp message.
The decisions that made it work
Copy as the differentiator. Every agency on the island has villas with pools. Only one opens by telling you the ways this can go wrong and how they stand between you and them — positioning did the work a bigger portfolio couldn't.
Property cards built for scanning. Price, place, size, rooms — the four numbers a serious buyer filters on — read at a glance, with photography doing the seduction and the badge doing the qualification.
A CMS the agency runs. Listings, blog posts and market updates are content entry for the agency's own team, in every language — no developer between a new mandate and its listing going live.
