• Helped accelerate the onboarding of 7 new hires. Slashed onboarding costs by 33%.
• Liaised with several departments to deliver retail orders. Improved NPS score by 2 points.
• Improved the average response time for customer inquiries from 20 minutes to 4 minutes, by professionally responding to inquiries in all 9 lead channels in time.
