VPA Connect: Framer development for a real estate payments platform

VPA Connect is an Australian platform that automates vendor paid advertising in real estate. We built its website in Framer, page by page, from a design the client provided.
Client: VPA Connect · Industry: Real estate tech, payments · What we did: Framer development · Platform: Framer · Live: vpaconnect.com.au

About the client

VPA Connect automates campaign proposals, invoices, secure payment links and supplier payouts for agents, suppliers and vendors. With it, agents no longer need a trust account to collect advertising funds from vendors. The company is VPA Connect Pty Ltd.

The challenge

Vendor paid advertising involves three parties and a lot of manual admin.
Three users, three needs. Agents want less admin, suppliers want to be paid fast, and vendors want to pay safely.
A process people already know. Readers had to see what changes from the manual way of invoices, trust accounts and transfers.
Software to show. The platform is an app, so the site had to show real screens, not drawings.
Legal terms on hand. Payment terms, the platform agreement and the fee schedule had to be easy to find.

What we did

The real app on the first screen

The first screen shows the app itself, a campaign dashboard on a laptop, next to “Vendor paid advertising for real estate made effortless.”
Two buttons follow, “Get Started Now” and “Explore All Features”, and “Launch App” stays in the menu.

Three cards that name the change

Three cards name what changes: Instant Invoicing, Secure Payment Links and Faster Payouts.
A dark “What is VPA Connect?” section lists what the platform does, from automatic campaign proposals to live tracking of every payment.

A Features page for each user

Under “One Platform. Tailored Perspectives”, vendors, agents and suppliers each get their own list of benefits.
A “How we compare” table sets VPA Connect against the manual process on payment handling, invoice generation, supplier payouts and status tracking.

Real product cards and every legal document

The closing section, “Time to automate your VPA process?”, shows real product cards: a new campaign, a seller update and a completed service, next to a “Request Access” button.
The footer links the website terms, privacy policy, platform terms, payment terms, platform agreement and fee schedule.

Scope

Included:
Framer build of every page: Home, Features, About, Support, Contact and the legal pages.
Responsive build for desktop and phone.
Links from the site into the client’s platform: Launch App, Get Started Now and Request Access.
Not included:
Visual design: it came from the client’s design agency.
Brand, copy and legal documents: these came from the client.
The payments platform: the app behind “Launch App” is the client’s own product.

Results

The site is live on Framer at vpaconnect.com.au.
Five main pages plus the legal pages, built to the client’s design.
Real product screens appear on the first screen and again in the closing section.

What we'd improve next

Add a “How it works” flow. The site promises to automate the process “from listing through to settlement”. A step-by-step strip would show each step.
Add an FAQ for each user. Vendors ask about Pay Later, suppliers about payout timing, agents about trust accounts.
Give suppliers a page of their own. The site mentions an approved supplier database. A join page would bring more suppliers onto the platform.

Working on something similar?

I design websites in Figma and build them in Framer or Webflow, so your team can edit every page without a developer. Message me here on Contra with your site or Figma file, and I'll reply with a plan and a fixed price.

We built the VPA Connect website in Framer from the client's design. It explains a real estate payments platform to agents, suppliers and vendors.
